We Are SOC 2® Type 2 Certified!

We're thrilled to announce that Linq has achieved SOC 2® Type 2 certification!

SOC 2® is one of the highest security compliance standards for software as a service (SaaS) companies and was developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

At Linq, we take the security and privacy of our customer's data very seriously. That's why we decided to go through the rigorous process of achieving SOC 2® certification—and graduating as quickly as possible from Type 1 to Type 2. If you recall, we announced our SOC 2 Type 1 compliance in October 2022.

What Does It Mean To Be SOC 2® Type 2 Certified?

SOC stands for System and Organization Controls.

To be SOC 2® Certified, an independent third party reviewed the controls and processes we have in place related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. To become SOC 2 Type 2 certified a third party then monitors and verifies the effectiveness of Linq’s controls and processes over a period of time. Sensiba San Filippo, LLP (SSF, the third party we worked with) issued a final report with 0 noted exceptions. We were issued a “clean” audit from SSF.

As always, we aim to continue to provide our customers and partners with the highest level of security and privacy. We hope achieving SOC 2® Type 2 instills even more confidence in Linq’s current and future users.
