Automatic or Manual Approvals & Additions

Adding a new employee to your team? You can choose to do this automatically (through your HR platform), or manually (by approving new team members individually).

Robust and Flexible Settings

Here’s where you decide if want various fields and/or sections between your HR platform and Linq to sync, or if team members can manually override sections.

There are several fields that can be managed at the Team Admin level. Each can be set to sync with your HR platform, and then locked so they can be edited—or not.

For example, if team members shouldn’t be able to edit their job title on their Linq page, the information for that field can be imported from the HR platform and then locked so it’s not editable. The name section, conversely, can be set to import the employee’s name from the HR platform, and then set to editable.

Automated Notifications

Whenever a team member is added—or removed—from your team, they (and all Team Admins!) are automatically notified by email—saving Team Admins that extra step of communicating the change.

Frequently Asked Questions about Linq’s HR Integration Feature

When I remove someone from my HR platform, what happens to their Linq pages and assets?

All pages attached to a team member that’s removed from the organization will be re-assigned to a Team Admin. Or, the Team Admin can reassign those pages to other team members.

I’ve just added a new team member to my HR platform. Why aren’t they showing up yet in my Linq for Teams account?

If your settings are such that people are automatically added to a team it can take up to 40 minutes for some providers to sync with Linq. If provisioning is manual then you’ll need to look for the new team member under “Pending” in your Linq for Teams account and manually add them to a team in your Linq account.
