Linq Welcomes Keith Henning as Vice President of Sales

Linq, the leading platform transforming how professionals connect and engage through smart lead-capture technology, is proud to announce the appointment of Keith Henning as its new Vice President of Sales.
Henning brings nearly 20 years of experience in high-growth startups, enterprise sales, and sales process development. A U.S. Army veteran with a background in marketing, Henning’s career in sales began at Red Ventures, a Charlotte, N.C.,-based startup, where he rose to senior leadership roles. His expertise later proved critical in the explosive growth of digital mortgage disruptor Better.com, where he served as Sales Director, helping to scale the company from 500 to 10,000 employees before the industry’s post-pandemic contraction.
For the past five months, Henning has consulted with Linq’s sales team to lay a foundation of structured processes and training.
“What excites me most about Linq is the incredible product-market fit,” Henning said. “It’s the most exciting product I’ve ever sold — solving a real pain point in digital engagement and response rates across industries. We’re not just closing sales; we’re solving problems and empowering users with a tool that works.”
As VP of Sales, Henning will focus on building a scalable, repeatable sales infrastructure rooted in proven methodologies. His approach blends rigorous process with behavioral and mindset coaching. “The team already has the right mentality,” he noted. “Now it’s about giving them a clear structure so they can unlock their full potential.”
Linq COO David Berk shared his enthusiasm.
“Keith’s depth of experience in fast-scaling environments and his ability to create real, measurable results make him the perfect leader for our next phase of growth,” Berk said. “We’re thrilled to have him on board.”
