Linq launches REsimpli CRM integration to empower real estate investors with iMessage

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Linq, the leading platform transforming how professionals connect and engage through smart lead-capture technology, announces today the integration of its Linq Blue iMessaging service with real estate investment CRM REsimpli.

Linq Blue upgrades REsimpli’s standard SMS services, adding feature-rich, personal conversations to users’ lead funnels while eliminating the need for A2P and 10DLC compliance.

Real estate investors who use REsimpli for its tailored features and exclusive analysis can now activate Blue lines right from their instance.

“This is a milestone for us,” said Elliott Potter, CEO of Linq. “Real estate has always been a core audience for our products and services, and REsimpli is best in class. We can’t wait for its users to turbocharge their sales experience with Linq Blue.”

Blue sets a new standard for client outreach by dramatically increasing response rates for responsible users. Users see an average of between 86 and 116 percent more replies over SMS, according to an analysis of Linq user data.

With Linq Blue, anyone can interact with clients directly from leading CRMs using full-featured iMessages, including high-quality attachments, voice memos, typing indicators, delivery status, and read receipts.

REsimpli CEO Sharad Mehta said REsimpli customers were reaching out to ask about iMessage capabilities, and one referred him to Linq.

“Linq Blue is a great fit with our vision for iMessage on our platform,” Mehta said. “A higher response rate will result in higher conversions for our customers, but it also builds credibility. If a message shows up as green, it’s not a person on the other end, it’s a company trying to sell you something.”

Mehta intends to promote the use of Blue for follow-ups with high-value leads.

“This is something people have been asking for, and it’s definitely going to help them close more deals and have better conversions,” Mehta said. “There’s no learning. I’m used to doing these things on my cellphone. I’m just going to be myself.”
